Niche Projects was tasked with the design of the Javelin offices, a retail strategy consulting company, located in London, England. The design concept incorporates the company’s passion for the products they trade – coal, steel and iron. From the feature aquarium to minimalist yet efficient light and furniture design, the concept carries through the reception, to the boardrooms and to the main open plan area. Comfort and employee well-being were an integral part of the project – creating a space where people can find comfort and energy. This is best expressed in the warmth and communal atmosphere of the break areas, as well as the dedicated gym facility for the employees. The finished space delivers a representation of Javelin’s standards, and is guaranteed to impress.
